# Check Rules Admissibility

> Report whether a rule graph would be admitted, and why not.

Purely descriptive: it runs no backtest and reaches the same verdict the
submission guards do, so the builder can flag an un-backtestable condition
while it is being authored rather than after Run is clicked. Every strategy
saved in production referenced at least one score-backed field; all but one
are rejected whatever score_set_id is supplied, and the remaining one needs a
pin the builder never sends. The only signal was a 400 at submit time.
