Symbol Event Insights
The symbol feed projected into CT-01 semantic objects for the chart.
A VIEW over the same rows /symbol/{symbol} returns — same query, same
suppression semantics, same registry stamp — re-expressed as
SemanticChartObjects so charts-core renders them through its insight
projection instead of a bespoke overlay. No detection happens here; every
anchor is a coordinate the registry already wrote.
Suppressed rows are never projected, so this endpoint deliberately has no
include_suppressed switch: a view must not re-surface a precedence loser.
